Simon Collis

Simon Collis advises on all aspects of commercial real estate for a UK and international client base. His practice has an emphasis on acquisition and disposal of investment assets, the complete life cycle of development projects, and landlord and tenant leasehold and management work. Simon's practice includes in-depth experience in advising on resort and leisure development projects for investment or sale to end-users.

Much of his investment work takes shape as corporate real estate transactions and most instructions will include elements of real estate finance. He regularly heads our teams on real estate led corporate transactions.

Simon has experience representing major institutional pension funds and investment arms, private equity investment funds, family wealth offices, private and large scale developers, national home builders, data centers, entrepreneurs, tenants with large occupational and operational portfolios and has looked after the UK property interests of multinational organizations.
