CPE Credit: Steptoe LLP is registered with the National Associate of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
Who should attend? Tax practitioners who regularly confront international, federal, and state tax issues. These include lawyers, in-house professionals, and CPAs.
Learning objectives: Participants who complete the course will acquire a broad understanding of recent developments in tax legislation, case law, and administrative pronouncements nationwide, including the practical implications thereof.

In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits will be granted based on a 50-minute hour.
CLE Credit: Steptoe is an accredited CLE provider in California, Illinois, New York, and Texas and is pleased to offer the following credit for participation in the live event.
- California: This program is approved for 5.5 hours of CLE credit. No credit may be claimed for required MCLE in legal ethics, recognition and elimination of bias in the legal profession, implicit bias, and competence issues.
- Illinois: This program is approved for 5.5 hours of general CLE credit.
- New York: This program is approved for 5.5 hours of CLE credit including 5.5 hours in areas of professional practice. The content and format are suitable for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
- Texas: This program is approved for 5.5 hours of General MCLE credit.
