(January 3, 2021, Washington, DC) — Steptoe is pleased to announce its new mindfulness and well-being initiative, Mindful Pause, led by wellness consultant Jeena Cho. The six-month program for lawyers and staff will begin in January 2022.
Cho is a mindfulness and meditation expert, and a lawyer. She co-authored the best-selling book, The Anxious Lawyer: An 8-Week Guide to a Joyful and Satisfying Law Practice Through Mindfulness and Meditation. She also has been published in CNN, The ABA Journal, Above the Law, Forbes, Bloomberg, Ms. JD, and Huffington Post.
