Representative Matters

Our recent projects include:

Advising on the acquisition and funding of a hospital comprising approximately 250,000 square feet of developable area, including in excess of 240 residential dwellings, retail units and business premises. The total development value is in excess of £70 million;
Acting on a joint venture to develop two large hotels to serve the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow;
Advising a property developers on the acquisition and development of several large retail parks;
Acting for a property developer in relation to their purchase of land for the development of approximately 300,000 sq ft. of Class A1 retail space;
Advising on the funding and acquisition of a hospital site, comprising 750,000 sq ft of developable area including in excess of 550 residential dwellings, assisted living facilities, offices and retail/leisure facilities.
Acting for a property developer on a number of regeneration projects including three separate adjacent sites in the centre of Sheffield where planning has been obtained for 800 student bedrooms, 350 residential apartments, retail and leisure units.
Acting for one of Poland’s largest companies in establishing a 300,000 square foot facility for offices, manufacturing and warehousing;
Acting in relation to a 600 acre luxury lakeside residential and hotel development;
Advising a property developer on a £28 million retail development in a deprived area of Southampton; and
Acting for a number of companies in relation to their property portfolio.
