During this monthly series, we'll discuss recent developments, evolving issues, and trends in AI, data, and digital law and policy. For the upcoming session in February, we will discuss the implication of the EU Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act, highlighting the scope, regulatory measures, and impact for business.

- California: This program is pending approval for 1.0 hour of General MCLE credit. No credit may be claimed for required MCLE in legal ethics, recognition and elimination of bias in the legal profession, implicit bias, and competence issues.
