President Biden released his proposed FY22 Budget on May 28, which contains descriptions of tax proposals outlined during his campaign and in a series of plans released by the Treasury Department—the Made in America Tax Plan, the American Families Plan, and the American Families Plan Tax Compliance Agenda. These proposals could make their way into legislation and have ongoing implications for you and your business.
