We invite you to join Steptoe LLP, Akerman LLP, and White & Case LLP for a discussion on "How Three High-Profile Federal Prosecutions Ended in Defense Victories: The Inside Story of US v. Morgan, US v. Sadr, and US v. Peavler."
The panel will examine three recent high-profile defeats for the Department of Justice following discovery failures. The goal is to provide the inside story of how these cases unfolded and to discuss whether any long-term conclusions can be drawn from them.
