Investments in Qualified Opportunity Zones can create short and long-term tax benefits but there are multiple regulatory nuances and uncertainties that need to be taken into consideration. During the webinar, we will discuss the potential tax benefits associated with investing in an opportunity zone, the requirements that must be met to qualify for the tax benefits, and the new proposed regulations, including what was and was not addressed in the regulations.
