Please join Steptoe's Energy Group on Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22 for our FERC Ratemaking Seminar in Washington, DC. During this two-day training, we will cover key principles and precedent in addition to current issues and recent developments in FERC ratemaking.
We are delighted to welcome Colette Honorable, former FERC Commissioner and current Executive Vice President, Public Policy and Chief External Affairs Officer for Exelon, Pat McCormick, Minority Chief Counsel for the US Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and Steptoe partner and former FERC Commissioner Marc Spitzer for a chat on the politics of energy. Additionally, this year's event will feature breakout sessions on FERC's new Final Rule on transmission planning to be issued on May 13 and for oil and natural gas pipeline companies on ratemaking post-Colonial.
