This edition of the webinar will be 75 minutes long, and David will be joined by special guest and Steptoe partner Matthew Frank. Matt served as Director of the US Advance Pricing Agreement Program at the IRS for five years followed by nine years at General Electric Company as Senior Tax Counsel, Transfer Pricing. Before joining Steptoe Matt focused on transfer pricing dispute resolution at a Big 4 accounting firm.
