Alessandra L. Fable

Alessandra Fable focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has experience litigating cases involving breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property infringement, defamation, and other business disputes in state and federal courts around the country.

Alessandra has represented clients in various stages of litigation from case initiation through pre-trial and has experience managing fact and expert discovery matters, preparing fact and expert witnesses for testimony, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in the drafting of expert reports, facilitating mock jury exercises, and drafting pretrial materials and filings.

While in law school, Alessandra served as student attorney at the Northwestern's Bluhm Legal Clinic Center for International Human Rights.
