Overview
Andrea Guzman is a litigator, with a practice focused on commercial trials and litigation. Andrea's practice spans complex commercial litigation, entertainment disputes, and internal investigations. She has extensive experience handling discovery, drafting dispositive and procedural motions, preparing witnesses for depositions, and conducting investigations into regulatory and compliance matters.
During law school, Andrea served as a board member of the Duke Latin American Law Students Association and was part of the Dean's Advisory Council. She also externed with the US Attorney's Office for the Central District of California and participated in a year-long Immigrant Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Andrea was the Deputy Press Secretary at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, where she was a spokesperson and press contact on legal issues and civil litigation involving San Francisco.
