Overview
Angela Eiref's practice focuses on a broad range of international and domestic tax matters, including significant experience in tax controversy and dispute resolution. She advises clients on navigating IRS examinations, resolving federal income tax issues, and managing reporting and compliance obligations.
Angela also counsels a wide range of clients on tax strategies for various transactions, including domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings, and routinely aids high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in structuring investments and addressing US federal income and transfer tax issues. Her practice further includes advising on estate planning matters, where she drafts estate planning documents and analyzes complex gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations as part of integrated domestic and international planning strategies.
