Overview
Benjamin Juvelier focuses his practice on international trade and regulatory compliance, with particular experience in trade remedy proceedings. He advises clients on antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations and other proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, and related litigation before the US courts. His work spans a range of industries and jurisdictions from around the world.
Benjamin also assists clients on regulatory and litigation matters arising under other US and international trade laws, including issues of import/export compliance, trade policy, and sanctions.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Benjamin served as an attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the US Department of Commerce where he advised on compliance with treaty, statutory, and regulatory obligations for trade remedy proceedings.
