Overview
Chaitra Betageri focuses her practice on consumer law and commercial litigation. She advises on complex civil disputes, with an emphasis on financial services matters. Her experience includes representing individuals and business entities in all phases of litigation in California state and federal courts and through private arbitration. Additionally, Chaitra has experience in appellate matters before California state courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Chaitra has handled a wide range of disputes, including entertainment, intellectual property, and business litigation matters as well as white collar defense and government investigations. Previously, she worked at the Marin County Public Defender’s Office, representing clients charged with misdemeanors.
