Overview
Greta Batista is a litigator with a practice focused on international disputes, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. She represents clients in federal and state courts on complex commercial and cross-border matters. Greta represents a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, multinational corporations, technology companies, and global fashion brands. Her experience includes trade secret, trademark, and contract disputes, complex cross-border litigation, and multilateral development bank investigations.
While in law school, Greta served as Vice President of the Carolina Intellectual Property Law Association and was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal assistant at a patent law firm, where she supported attorneys in patent and other intellectual property matters.
