With more than a decade of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and organizational leadership, Hannah Mroz, CPA, oversees the firm’s financial strategy and operations. Her leadership supports Steptoe's global platform by aligning financial performance with the firm’s strategic growth objectives. In addition to strengthening the firm's financial infrastructure and driving enhancements in reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency, Hannah oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long‑range planning.

Hannah's background spans the legal, financial, and retail sectors, providing her with a broad perspective on how financial systems support complex, dynamic business environments. With deep experience in financial management, accounting, compliance, and team leadership, her work is grounded in strong financial analysis, organizational strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration. Earlier in her career, Hannah gained extensive experience in audit and assurance, supporting clients across a range of industries and developing expertise in financial analysis, internal controls, and regulatory standards.

Hannah is a Certified Public Accountant, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics and technical proficiency. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where she also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
