Overview
Jacob Chanin advises clients on regulatory, national security, trade, and technology-related matters. He assists clients with regulatory compliance issues, cross-border investigations, global risk assessments, transactional due diligence, and crisis management.
Prior to law school, Jacob served in the US House of Representatives, where he conducted legislative research and policy analysis on issues including national security, international affairs, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital assets.
