Overview
Jazlyn Cabula focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial services litigation.
Jazlyn has represented clients in complex commercial matters involving intellectual property rights, fraud, trade secrets, breach of contract, franchise and distribution, and unfair competition. She represents clients in both state and federal court and in arbitration.
While in law school, Jazlyn won Runner-Up Best Brief and placed as a Top 16 Moot Court Competitor in the University of California, School of Law Moot Court Competition. She received an award for her work in the Domestic Violence Clinic, representing abuse survivors and their children in restraining order and family law trials. Jazlyn earned multiple Pro Bono Achievement awards for her work with organizations providing pro bono legal assistance, including Public Law Center and Community Legal Aid SoCal.
