This report has been updated to reflect guidance issued by Treasury and the IRS on April 21, 2020.
In January, we issued our 2020 Tax Forecast. Much has changed since then. It is impossible to predict contingent events, which can dramatically change the course of history. With so much uncertainty in mind, we venture to provide an update on key international, federal corporate, and state and local tax issues and trends, some of which were addressed in our 2020 Tax Forecast and some of which could not have been anticipated.
