Lucinda Low, Chris Conte, and Daniel Podair co-authored an article titled "A Deep Dive Into the NDAA: Liu, Disgorgement and Implications for FCPA Investigations" for Anti-Corruption Report. The article, published August 18, discusses how the NDAA will impact the SEC’s power to seek disgorgement as well as how the NDAA will affect companies' FCPA investigations and settlement negotiations.
