Lucinda Low, Chris Conte, and Daniel Podair co-authored an article titled "A Deep Dive Into the NDAA: What Statute of Limitations Applies to the FCPA’s Accounting Provisions?" for Anti-Corruption Report. The article, published on August 4, addresses the application of the National Defense Authorization Act's expanded limitation period with respect to disgorgement to the FCPA's accounting provisions. This is the second of three articles discussing the NDAA's effect on FCPA enforcement actions brought by the SEC.
