Simon Hirsbrunner co-authored an article with Stephan Breitenmoser titled “A light Version of the Framework Agreement as a Way out of the Impasse” for the Swiss daily newspaper Neue Zuercher Zeitung. The August 25 article discusses the current stalemate in the negotiations between Switzerland and the EU on an institutional framework agreement and recommends a possible solution.
