Overview
Steptoe litigation partner Mike Miller co-authored an article for the New York Law Journal titled “Attorneys in Hot Water: When Prosecutors Turn Up the Heat.” The article, published on January 9, discusses the results of a survey that Mr. Miller conducted in an effort to better understand the apparent rise in criminal convictions of New York lawyers between January 2009 and November 2014.
