Cybersecurity Law Report quoted Anne-Gabrielle Haie in a two-part article titled "GDPR Enforcement's New Phase." The article discusses how GDPR, now in its sixth year, has entered a new and steadier enforcement phase across Europe.
Speaking to Cybersecurity Law Report about GDPR's enforcement Haie said: "The whole collaboration mechanism is working better. Regulators fight less about who has the competency and lead authority than they did in the first few years of the GDPR one-stop shop mechanism, she added."
