On Oct. 6, Treasury and the IRS, together with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, Department of Labor, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, released temporary regulations (found here and here) and proposed regulations (found here and here) that broaden exemptions from providing contraceptive coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
