Overview
Steptoe partner Jonathan Drimmer was interviewed by Forward Law Review to discuss how business and human rights issues are becoming core compliance concerns, driven by expanding forced-labor import restrictions, sustainability disclosure requirements, and growing scrutiny of supply chains and corporate practices. Jonathan states that "Over the long term, I would anticipate business and human rights being much more thoroughly integrated from an international regulatory standpoint."
