Global Investigations Review quoted Wendy Wysong in an article titled "US Prosecutors Send a Message with Blockbuster North Korea Charges." The article, published June 2, discusses a US indictment against a group of North Koreans and Chinese nationals accused of violating US sanctions.
Wysong says that the indictment is "sending a message to banks, trading companies, as well as anybody that might be somehow caught up in what North Korea is doing."
