(February 22, 2023, Washington, DC) – The Hispanic National Bar Association selected Christopher Suarez to receive the 2023 "HNBA/VIA Top Lawyers Under 40" Award. The "Top Lawyers Under 40" Award honors accomplished lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community, and dedication to improving the legal profession.
Mariana D. Bravo, HNBA National President said: "The HNBA is pleased to honor 33 of our best young Hispanic lawyers from across the nation, showcasing the exceptional legal talent and leadership that our community has to offer."
Suarez specializes in all phases of technology and patent litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeals. He also advises his clients in the high-tech space on technology privacy and on developing IP strategies that maximize their success. In addition to his involvement in the HNBA, Suarez promotes diversity and inclusion through leadership on numerous boards and committees with the ABA, Intellectual Property Owners Association, and Federal Circuit Bar Association. He has a passion for pro bono work, representing students with disabilities and federal employees who face employment discrimination.
The awards will be presented during the HNBA/VIA CCC2023 Top Lawyers Under 40 Reception on Friday, March 10, 2023.
