Eric Emerson and Henry Cao co-authored an article published in Bloomberg BNA’s International Trade Daily Bulletin on August 19. The article, titled “Impact of the Amendments to US Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Law in the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015,” examines the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015 that President Obama recently signed into law and which included the most significant amendment to US antidumping and countervailing duty law since the passage of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act in 1994.
