Overview
Steptoe partner Eric Emerson and associate Zachary Simmons co-authored an article titled "International Trade Practice and Professional Liability Risks" for the Attorneys' Liability Assurance Society's Loss Prevention Journal. The article, published in the Summer 2019 edition, reviews aspects of the Department of Commerce's procedural rules and agency practices that can present challenges to trade practitioners, and offers guidance on best practices to overcome such challenges.
