Steptoe's Matthew Bathon authored an article titled  IP Enforcement: Domestic and Foreign Litigants in the ITC and US District Courts" for vol. 10 of the University of Pennsylvania East Asia Law Review. The article addresses the increase in the number of Asia-based companies accused of violating Section 337, resulting in suing the ITC to protect their US intellectual property rights.
