IRS Proposes Increase to User Fee for Enrolled Agent Examination: Today the IRS released proposed regulations relating to the user fee for the enrolled agent special enrollment examination (EAS-EE). The IRS withdrew proposed regulations issued in January 2016 that proposed to increase the user fee for each part of the EA-SEE to $99. The IRS has redetermined the user fee and now proposes to increase such user fee to $81 per part.
