Steptoe partner Darryl Nirenberg and associate Chelsea Gold co-authored an article titled "Know When to Fold ‘Em-UIGEA’s ‘Intrastate Safe Harbor’ Does Not Authorize Online Casinos" for the ABA's Banking Law Committee Newsletter. The article, published in the December 2017 issue, discusses the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in respect to the legislative history on online gambling.
