Steptoe’s victory on behalf of Triple Canopy, Inc., a private security company, was covered by Law360 in an article titled “GAO Denies Protest Of $335.5M Afghan Embassy Contract.” On January 9, Steptoe successfully defended against two bid protests challenging a $600 million contract award by the State Department to provide security services for the US Embassy in Afghanistan.
Steptoe partners Paul Hurst and Kendall Enyard, of counsel Michael Navarre, and associates Dwight Draughon and Caitlin Conroy represented Triple Canopy in the bid protests.
