"The good news is everybody seems to want a tax package in the lame duck — House Republicans, House Democrats, Senate Republicans, Senate Democrats," Callas said during a November 8 post-election Steptoe webinar. "The bad news is that I don't know that anybody needs to do a tax package in the lame duck."
