OECD Publishes Public Comments Received on BEPS Discussion Draft: Today, the OECD published public comments received regarding its discussion draft on the transfer pricing aspects of financial transactions related to BEPS Actions 8-10 of the BEPS Action Plan. The comments can be found here.
