(April 29, 2025, Washington, DC) – Ryan Hayden was elected to the Futures Industry Association (FIA) Law & Compliance Committee's Executive Committee.
The Futures Industry Association Law & Compliance Committee's Executive Committee is a leadership group within the FIA that monitors legal and regulatory developments in the derivatives industry.
Ryan is a member of Steptoe’s Government Affairs & Public Policy and Financial Innovation & Regulation practices. He advises clients across traditional and non-traditional asset classes in the derivatives markets, including regulatory and transactional matters. Ryan has held senior in-house legal and compliance positions with global market participants and CFTC-registrants. He began his career at the CFTC and US Senate Banking Committee. Ryan is Co-Chair of the Derivatives Subcommittee of the DC Bar Corporation, Finance, and Securities Law Community.
