Day Three of the Summary Judgment Extension Saga: "Good Grief," Says Judge McMahon

We thought that yesterday would bring the last word on the plaintiffs' request for an extension for filing summary judgment papers from Judge McMahon, but we were wrong.  The plaintiffs, undeterred by the Court's repeated and increasingly caustic denials of their requests for more time, finally found success with a request for more pages.  But it did not come without another barb from Judge McMahon.  The endorsed letter reads: "Good grief.  Yes, take the ten pages."
