Overview
In the recusal motion we've been following closely (click here for prior posts), Magistrate Judge Peck this morning denied the motion filed yesterday by an ethics expert to file an amicus in support of Judge Peck's recusal. The denial is in the form of a short handwritten endorsement that reads: "An alleged amicus brief that is paid for by plaintiffs is hardly necessary or appropriate."
