Judge Ramos Moves From White Plains to Manhattan

After spending his first year and one-half on the Southern District bench in White Plains, Judge Edgardo Ramos moved this week to the newly-renovated space at 40 Foley St. in Manhattan.  According to the Court's Public Information Officer, the plan all along was for Judge Ramos to move to 40 Foley as space became available.
