Overview
There have been at least four securities fraud class actions filed since JP Morgan announced a $2 billion trading loss on Thursday. The case that appears to have been filed first is before Judge Daniels (see the docket sheet here), who may, as a result, get the remaining cases. Another case is assigned for now to Judge McMahon. Law firms have announced at least two others (see here and here) that have yet to be docketed.
