The report focuses primarily on recommendations to expand and strengthen the Security Summit and the Identity Theft Tax Refund Fraud Information (IDTTRF) Sharing and Analysis Center; strengthen cybersecurity; improve IDTTRF detection, analysis, and reporting; and enable electronic tax services and electronic filing.
