(March 5, 2014, Washington, DC) – Parsons, a leader in many diversified markets with a focus on defense/security, industrial, and infrastructure, has acquired T.J. Cross Engineers, Inc., a privately held oil and gas industry professional services firm specializing in engineering, design, and consulting services. The acquisition expands Parsons’ oil and gas offerings and will strengthen the corporation’s energy and chemicals portfolio. Steptoe advised Parsons on the transaction.
