Steptoe Clients KEPCO and KHNP Settle Dispute with Westinghouse Electric

Overview

(January 29, 2025) Steptoe clients Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and its subsidiary Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Company (KHNP) have entered into a global settlement agreement with Westinghouse Electric. The dispute related to a 1997 licensing agreement. The settlement terms remain confidential.
