WIPR shared the following about Boyd: "You won't find a more knowledgeable and experienced trade secret litigator.”
Boyd Cloern is one of the pre-eminent attorneys handling trade secret issues in the United States. Last year, China Business Law Journal ranked one of his matters as their Deal of the Year. In 2022, The National Law Journal listed his successful $64 million jury verdict as a Top 100 Verdict, and TopVerdict listed it as a Top 20 Commercial Litigation Verdict in the United States. Currently, Boyd is lead counsel in one of the largest, most procedurally complex and contentious trade secret and copyright disputes in the world, spanning multiple courts around the globe.
