Overview
On February 8, Simon Hirsbrunner was interviewed by the national German-language Swiss Television Network SRF. The interview discusses the on-going negotiations between Switzerland and the EU on a proposed economic framework and dispute settlement agreement. Mr. Hirsbrunner commented that the introduction of state aid control in Switzerland, as envisaged by the proposed agreement, would have serious consequences and would in fact be tantamount to “a culture shock.”
