Ways and Means Committee Begins Markup of Tax Reform Bill:  Today, House Ways and Means Committee members began marking up the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (H.R. 1). According to a press release, the markup “will continue throughout the week as necessary.”

OECD Publishes Updated Transfer Pricing Country Profiles:  Today, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) published updated versions of the transfer pricing country profiles (TPCP). According to a press release, the “information contained in the TPCP is intended to clearly reflect the current state of countries’ [transfer pricing] legislation and to indicate to what extent their rules follow the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.”
