On-Campus Recruiting
Many of our summer associates are hired through the on-campus interview process, but we also solicit resumes from interested students through the career services offices at other law schools. The firm's Hiring Committee continues to review applicants after initial interviews at law schools. We will request an unofficial copy of each applicant's law school transcript. Once our resume reviews are complete, we extend invitations to visit Steptoe at the firm’s expense.
