2025 Pesticide Regulation Workshop

Join HCPA, Steptoe, and Sagentia Regulatory (formerly TSG Consulting) for the 2025 Pesticide Regulation Workshop from September 30 – October 2 in Washington, DC.

This workshop, which is designed for those new to the space and long-time practitioners alike, will focus on the registration process for pesticide products – from the planning and registration phases to the essential steps needed to maintain compliance post-registration, including a valuable hands-on practicum on day three. We will delve into critical topics, like registration review, 6(a)(2) reporting, data compensation, production, establishment registration and reporting, production recordkeeping, and import/export requirements, while integrating both USEPA and state compliance considerations.

We will also touch upon:

• Enforcement and self-auditing strategies to help ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Insights on pesticide devices and activities connected to, but independent of, pesticide registration.
• An in-depth look at the EPA’s new MyPest system, with a presentation by an EPA speaker.

The schedule will allow time for attendees to ask questions from speakers who are experts in the field, EPA representatives, and to collaborate with industry colleagues.
